1305 Lofts
1305 Lofts is the adaptive reuse of an abandoned 1980's warehouse. Composed of concrete masonry units and steel, the existing structure was saved and turned into flexible live-work units. The two-story units feature an open floor plan for optimum flexibility of use. Recycled and eco-friendly materials are used throughout the building. The units are ideal for artists, designers, and others who work out of their home.
Located within walking distance of Plaza Saltillo Station, 1305 Lofts is part of the emerging transformation of the East Sixth Corridor into a transit-oriented development.
